Reference Number 0000390343 Bids for construction of the project, proposed work includes 1,065 feet of concrete pathway, culverts, regreading, curb and gutter replacement, and ADA concrete ramps with detectable warning plates. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Document Acquisition: Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $100 for each set. Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $50 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to DLZ, Michigan. Question deadline - 2 July 2025 Submit written questions up to 7 days prior to the opening of bids.
