The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience necessary to provide: professional services related to snow and ice removal for online facility parking lots and sidewalks.. The full detailed Scope of Work is provided as an Attachment. All pricing must remain valid for a period of 180 calendar days following the due date. The project may be funded with financial assistance contracts between online, the United States Department of Transportation and/or the Illinois Department of Transportation. Therefore, all Bidders will be required to certify compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to third-party procurements. Respondents will be required to agree to and follow all terms, conditions, rules, requirements, certifications, issued addenda and supply all required attachments as part of their response. Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into online. Proposals will not be opened publicly. Contract award will be made to the most qualified, responsive, responsible proposer that submits the highest ranked proposal in the best interest of online as determined by our evaluation team. Scoring will be determined by a online Evaluation Committee comprised of staff. online may interview the top few ranked proposals as part of the evaluation.
