Site work for a civil project in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City is seeking bids for construction of the North Slope WWTP Chemical Phosphorous Removal Improvements Project. Project to includes the following work: Installation of chemical phosphorous removal facilities, including chemical tanks, pumps, and piping. The work also includes concrete surface repair at the wall joints of Primary Clarifier No. 1 and 2 and Excess Flow Tank No. 3. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages will be required for this project. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the e-bidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening on Thursday July 10th, 2025 at 2:00PM CST. The bid opening will be held virtually, through the City's RingCentral system.
