Reference Number 0000295881 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 24, 2025 01:00 PM ADT Work of this Contract covers all the noted construction works associated with the replacement of the upper roof section of the Government of Canada Building (GOCB) located in Grand Falls, New Brunswick. Demolition work is to include, but not necessarily be limited to, disconnection and salvage of existing rooftop mechanical unit(s), removal of existing two-ply modified bitumen roof membranes, overlay board, rigid insulation, curb flashings, and parapet flashings. Renovation work is to include, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply and installation of new air - vapour-barrier membrane, rigid insulation, overlay boards, two-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane, curb flashings, parapet curb flashings, and safety line painting and reinstatement of previously salvaged rooftop unit(s), commissioning, and balancing of airflows.
