Value of contract is estimated at $225,000 - $275,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project is for the installation of new sheet vinyl and wall base throughout Centinela Elementary School, address 1123 Marlborough Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302. All material will be Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed (OFCI). The contractor shall remove and dispose of all carpet throughout the site and install new flooring in these areas. The interior hallways of Building A and B and all restrooms are excluded from the scope of work. All other areas are to receive the installation of new flooring. Other than the rooms where the carpet is removed, all new flooring shall be an overlay on top of the existing flooring. The contractor shall level as needed to ensure new flooring is installed with a flat and even surface.
