Renovation of a mixed-use development in Inglewood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Installation of two Hydraulic Elevators at our Charter School. Scope of Work and Work by others is listed in Exhibit A & B The Contract Time is {120 calendar days} days. Question Deadline 07/21/2025 at 11:00 AM PT All Pre-Bid Requests for Information (RFls) are to be submitted to Genia Baker via email at gbaker@lennoxkl2.org. This Project is being let in accordance with the formal bid requirements ofthe California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") set forth in Public Contract Code section 22000 et seq. (specifically, the formal bidding procedures in Section 22032(c)). Bidders shall comply with any requirements set forth in the CUPCCAA including all guidelines and requirements in the current California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Commission Cost Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.
