The project is expected to be awarded on September 2nd, 2025.** The Project consists of rehabilitating the existing South Apron pavement and the existing north T-Hangar Apron pavement and installing updated pavement markings. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond issued by a reliable surety company licensed to operate in the state of Mississippi in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within fifteen (15) days after notice of award of Contract. Such bid guarantee shall be made payable to CITY OF OLIVE BRANCH. The successful bidder must furnish a performance and payment bond upon the form provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Mississippi to act as surety, or other surety or sureties acceptable to the Owner. City of Olive Branch reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of City of Olive Branch, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
