The above general outline of features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the City Clerk, City of Olive Branch, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654. Each envelope must be plainly marked on the outside as "Annexation Water/Sewer - East Area - Project 2" and must bear on the outside the date the bid is to be opened. Opened bids will be presented for consideration at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Olive Branch.
