SCOPE This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the work required by potential contractors. The contractor shall: A. Schedule and conduct a site visit prior to starting work. For scheduling, the Contractor shall provide a list of names to the CO and SSO a minimum of 2 weeks prior to visit. B. Provide all equipment, software, hardware and tools necessary to renovate SOCNORTH's current ESS. C. Conduct all initial programming, scheduling, and installation required to ensure an operational ESS. D. Ensure all hardware and software systems used are DISA, ICD 705, AFI 31-101, and SOCNORTH compliant. Contractor shall coordinate with SOCNORTH SSO to ensure hardware and systems meet the user's security requirements. E. Provide training to SSO team upon completion of work. F. Provide all usernames and passwords to the SSO team upon completion of work. G. Ensure all camera and AMAG user workstations lock-out is disabledH. Provide a 1-year warranty after Government acceptance. I. Contractor shall test entire system upon installation completion. Ensuring all requirements have been met. J. Provide a detailed report for system design and update as necessary. K. Provide completed as-built drawings of all alarm points and their locations within building 30. L. Provide a completed list of the number of devices to include make, model, and type during testing and final acceptance of the system. M. Provide a bi-weekly status report to SOCNORTH. N. Provide a detailed work schedule (rooms, dates, and times) for SOCNORTH coordination and update as necessary. O. All security alarm points shall have maintenance junction boxes. P. All installed High Security Switches (HSS) shall be adjusted (as needed) to ensure all HSS devices are within the gap tolerance, per manufacturer's installation guidelines. Q. All Motion sensors shall be adjusted to meet the minimum standards outlined in the ICD705 and DoDM 5200.01-V3. R. All conduit shall not exceed fill rates per National Electric Code.
