The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires Facility Improvement Projects at the William Jefferson Clinton (WJC) buildings in Washington, D.C. The Government anticipates awarding four single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts with a five-year ordering period. Each contract will support a different functional task area and allow for Firm Fixed Price task orders. Functional Task Area A includes patching, painting, and wallpaper replacement in hallways, offices, conference spaces, and other designated areas. Functional Task Area B involves carpet installation, including rubber base molding and transition strips in similar spaces. Both A and B are expected to be high-volume, concurrent efforts. Functional Task Area C covers general construction services across all building systems, including envelope, façade, walkways, conveyance, abatement, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and structural components. Functional Task Area D provides specialty painting and remediation services. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time
