Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 88,000-square-foot, four-story above grade laboratory facility; office development; and for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Plans call for a four-story, 88,000-square-foot biological and chemical research lab. As of June 2, 2026, the National Capital Planning Commission has reviewed concept plans for this project and anticipates the next review later this year. An architect and engineer have been selected. Information regarding general contractor selection has not been disclosed.
