As of August 29, 2025, project was awarded to TCON Construction but award amount is not available. Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from General Contractor firms for the construction of Desert Hope Phase II/Paseos Verdes I housing project. This apartment project is funded with low-income housing tax credits ("LIHTC") and additional federal and state funds. Technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to Art Marrujo at amarrujo@mvpha.org.
