This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this . This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Interested SDVOSB's must be listed to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Emergency Department Mold Remediation. The services will be performed at Central Texas VA Health Care System in Temple, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror shall submit offers directly via to Taminie Panich, Contract Specialist, at taminie.panichva.gov. The Contractor shall visit the site to determine the full extent of the work. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
