Demolition and site work for a residential development in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
SCOPE OF WORK a. The awarded contractor shall notify the City of Temple project manager before the start of the demolition to verify the proper scope of work for each property. b. The City of Temple will coordinate the disconnection of electric, water and natural gas utilities prior to the start of demolition. It will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to verify that all utilities have been disconnected prior to the start of the demolition. c. All water and wastewater lines shall be removed, capped, and flagged to within 10 feet of the property line by the awarded contractor. All foundation structures are to be removed to a depth of 2 feet below grade. d. The awarded contractor shall provide any water and electricity needed for the demolition activities.
