Work under Contract 2025-09-08-1650007 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the cleaning and CCTV of sanitary sewage facilities and appurtenances. The project is located in Fallowfield Township and the Boroughs of Dunlevy, Speers, and Charleroi, Washington County. The work under Contract No. 2025-09-08-1650007 generally consists of the cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 40,040 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. Bidders shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. BIDDER'S SURETY -- A certified check made payable to the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi, or a Bid Bond on the Bid Form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this Contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount.
