As part of the remodel, renovate and enlarge the existing Janitor's Room. Construct a new 2x4 partition wall within the Kitchen, and install two separate doors with hollow metal (HM) frames to provide access to each storage room. Bid Bond/ Bid Guarantee shall be for all construction related contracts. Bid security shall be in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount. All proposals over $ 50,000.00 shall require a 10 percent bid bond at the submittal of proposal.. All questions regarding this RFP be submitted in writing to the Project Manager Written responses to all submitted questions, along with any RFP amendments, will be issued in writing to all parties who have submitted a completed Acknowledgement of Receipt Form.
