Site work and paving for a civil project in Van Buren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes the reconstruction of Bekaert Drive, the construction of three drainage crossings along its length, and the extension of public utilities. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17- 25-101 and related statutes. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. The City of Van Buren encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, as either a general contractor or subcontractor.
