Site work for a water / sewer project in Van Buren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes construction of approximately 600 linear-feet of drainage improvements along North 23rd Street in Van Buren, Arkansas including installation of storm drain piping, drainage inlets, and construction of approximately 300 linear-feet of concrete open channel. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 14- 25-101 et seq. and related statutes. The City of Van Buren, Arkansas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Opening Date. Bid date description: Bidders shall include their Arkansas license number on the outside of their sealed bids. Any bid received after the scheduled opening time will be returned unopened. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Engineer.
