Question Deadline 06/20/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal Bids must include a certified check or a bid bond, with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania as posted through online in the amount of 10% of the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be opened online and referred to the Borough for Award. An abstract of the bids will be available to bidders on online at the date and time that the bids are due. Collingdale Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions of, to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days. Remove existing roofing system and replace with new Elastomeric Membrane roofing assembly as described in the specifications and shown on the plans.
