Renovation of a municipal facility in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 6, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the installation of concrete baffle walls within the cistern and removal/repair of existing caulk joints and replacement with new caulk. New joint prep and joint caulking. Repairs to spalled concrete areas after cleaning and removal of reinforcing steel corrosion.
