The Oakridge Forest Subdivision Storm water Improvements Phase 3 Project involves storm water improvements at Overton Drive NE, Wyth Way, and Balboa Court within the City of Sandy Springs. The project includes the cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 860 LF of 18 diameter corrugated metal pipe and 139 LF of 30 diameter corrugated metal pipe. All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the assigned Procurement Agent, Reginald Starling, purchasing@sandyspringsga.gov. 2. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via under Message Vendor Discussions: electronic Questions are due no later than August 19, 2025, 5:00 p.m. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. There is a pre-bid meeting associated with this solicitation. Bid Bond (If Bid Price Exceeds $100,000) The City of Sandy Springs reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Sandy Springs.
