Bid Proposal for LAWN CARE SERVICES The purpose of this project is to provide proper, professional, satisfactory lawn care for 2.00 acres around the Administration Building located at 19653 FM 457, Sargent TX 77414. Key components of this project include: All mowing, weed control, edging, trimming, parking area is clean from any grass/debris from mowing. The mowing schedule will be as follows: Every two weeks or as needed, August through October, once a month, November through March, every two week or as needed in April, May, June, and July. The agreement period will begin August 1, 2025, and go on through July 31, 2026. Bids must show the price per cut. Payments will be made monthly, in arrears. The Board of Directors will select the contractor to perform all the work required and the contract will be executed between Caney Creek MUD and the appointed contractor. Caney Creek MUD has the right to reject any and all bids at their sole discretion. Should you have any questions or concerns about any item required please contact Paige Austin-Barrera, General Manager for clarification prior to bidding. You are reminded that your bid should be inclusive of all taxes, fees, and all other costs. Caney Creek MUD will not be responsible for any maintenance, fuel, or repairs that may be needed for the contractor's equipment.
