The project consists of removing debris and sediment from the underground sediment collection bays located Park Road in the City of Burlingame. Work includes, but is not limited to, sediment, vegetation, and debris removal, hauling, and disposal. The contractor will be asked to provide these services once during the period between the execution of a contract and June 30, 2026. The exact scheduling of the work will be finalized after a contract is in place. The project will be awarded to the contractor with lowest total price. Any questions regarding this project should be submitted through the online . Questions can be submitted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Work on this project should begin as soon as possible after a Notice to Proceed has been issued by the City. The contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. The contractor is to become fully familiar with all instructions, provisions, conditions and specifications contained in the bid documents. No contractors and subcontractor may be listed on the bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the California Department of Industrial Relations. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to submit a California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliance statement with the bid proposal. Failure to submit this statement may result in a nonresponsive bid.
