Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All work is to conform to the latest edition of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction Material Specifications with supplements or changes thereto. Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If using online service a scanned copy can be uploaded to the site. Engineers Estimate $4,873,784.50 The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a Sum Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price, Conditioned According to Law. This Project Falls Under Prevailing Wage and All Participants Must Comply With Prevailing Wage Rate on Public Improvements in Hamilton County, State of Ohio, as Approved and Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, as Provided in Section 41150.05 Orc. The Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bid. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein or located electronically at online. Q/A Deadline 06/30/2025 10:00 AM EDT If the Bidder does not understand any aspect of the Plans, Specifications, Bid Tabulations, or Site Conditions of the project, the Bidder shall immediately contact the Engineer for clarification.
