The Project includes the following Work: Water Treatment Plant Additions consisting generally of the construction of new flash mix, flocculation basin, sedimentation basin, filter building with 4 conventional gravity filters and lab/administration space, prestressed concrete clearwell, high service pumping building, associated electrical and mechanical work, carbon feed system at the raw water intake, and other appurtenant work as shown on the Drawings and as specified. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 7606-35: Water Treatment Plant Additions The Project has an expected duration of 730 calendar days for substantial completion No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Pre-bid Conference: None scheduled at this time. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177-58.
