Site work for a water / sewer project in Jonesborough, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be accomplished under this project will be to furnish all materials and the construction of approximately 2,454 LF of 12 PVC gravity sewer line from the existing Pump Station A crossing under Highway 11 and running to the interceptor sewer running parallel to Little Limestone Creek. Approximately 84 LF of 8 DIP will be added with a stream crossing, upstream from the pump station to an existing manhole in the easement off West College Street. Project will also include approximately 295 LF bore under HWY 11 and approximately 80 LF bore under Main Street. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Separate sealed Bids for furnishing and construction of approximately 2,454 feet of 12"PVC Gravity Sewer Lines for the Town of Jonesborough to eliminate sewer Pump Station "A" as shown on the Drawings or discussed in the Specifications Bids from anyone not on the Engineer's Plan Holders List will not be opened. Award of the Contract shall be to the responsive responsible low bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids.
