In general, the work consists of: removal and replacement of an existing 10,000 gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) with a new 6,000 gallon aboveground storage tank. Work will include the demolition of the AST and associated fueling and dispensing system, and construction of a new AST, fueling/dispenser island, monitoring system, oil water separator, and reconstruction/repair of concrete pavements around the perimeter of the work area. During demolition of the AST and adjacent excavations, a tank system site assessment (TSSA) will be conducted by reinforced concrete. Estimate Construction Cost : $400,000 the A/E shall soil contamination be suspected. The final demolition limits will be restored by turf and vegetation or reinforced concrete.
