VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms with mechanical tunnel scrubbing equipment to provide brush scrubbing cleaning services for all tunnel walls, ceilings, ledges, sidewalk surfaces and other areas including wall niches, handrails, roadways, gutters, catch basins, drain lines, traffic signals, doors and any other items mounted within the Rosslyn Tunnel located on Interstate 66 in Northern Virginia. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One year from date of award with four (4) optional renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Deanna Wayland at Deanna.Wayland@vdot.virginia.gov The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 2:00 PM EST on July 2, 2025. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted
