Work under this project consists of Site 1 (Cannon Branch) - repair and/or rehabilitation of approximately 1,380 LF of 108" x 180" reinforced concrete horseshoe pipe, and rehabilitation of two (2) manholes. Site 2 (Hampton St) - repair and/or rehabilitation of approximately 340 LF of 99" brick circular pipe, 220 LF of 108" X 98" brick horseshoe pipe and 1,600 LF of 108" x 98" hard rock interceptor sewer, and rehabilitation of three (3) manholes. The Work includes:- a. Furnishing all the labor, material, superintendence, power, lighting, heating, fueling, water, tools, equipment, supplies and associated appurtenances required for the performance and completion of the Work under this Contract. b. Maintenance of the Work area. c. Maintaining service to existing facilities at all times; provide temporary bypass pumping as necessary or required. d. Protection of finished and unfinished Work. e. Repair and restoration of Work and/or adjacent facilities damaged during construction. The City of Richmond, Virginia (the "City"), on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities ("DPU") seeks bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver general contracting services to include the rehabilitation of pipes, manholes, and related combined sewer structures, using geopolymer materials (the "Project"). The undersigned further agrees to complete the work as bid within 270 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. submittal of questions deadline - Aug 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM as per Addendum 5
