Site work for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Richmond is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders to perform necessary maintenance and repairs to the Water Treatment Plant access bridge and parking lots. Parking lot and bridge surface refurbishment, structural repairs and coatings are included within the scope of this project. This project is intended to provide the Water Treatment Plant with continued access to the facility and improved parking accommodations Question Deadline 07/21/2025 at 12:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through OpenGov. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery
