Reference Number 0000296050 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/07 02:00:00 PM EDT The Ottawa Hospital is seeking proposals for the provision of storm and sanitary sewer cleaning and inspection The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of four (4) years, with an option to extend the term of the Agreement ("Extended Period") for up to twelve (12) months, at the sole discretion of the Purchaser, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for this Extended Period. If the Extended Period is for more than twelve (12) months, the Purchaser may renew on an annual basis or for the full Extended Period.
