Reference Number 0000295873 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 27, 2025 02:00 PM MDT Purchase Type Duration: 29 months Option: 2 x 1 year option Respondent will have or will engage the necessary expertise and qualified staff to provide depth, breadth, and experience to perform the Deliverables required by BGIS. 1.0 General Requirement BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) has a requirement to provide snow and ice control management services including all labour, equipment, and materials necessary for the proper execution of the Deliverables, at its location(s), as identified and more particularly described herein. BGIS seeks to collaborate with trained and certified professionals to ensure optimal winter maintenance on facilities managed by BGIS that fully take into account safety, efficiency, respect and sustainability. To this end, suppliers including subcontractors are required to be Certified with Smart About Salt Council (SASC) prior to the start of the Agreement, and maintain the certification as well as follow best practices for salt handling, storage, distribution and use in winter maintenance at BGIS owned or managed facilities throughout the Term of this Agreement. Suppliers agree to provide evidence of SASC certification at BGIS' request. 2.0 Security requirements BGIS will not delay the issuance of the Contract to allow a Respondent to obtain any required security clearance(s). Each Respondent is requested to submit the Respondent's security clearance information, including the DOS Clearance and FSC security clearance certifications and/or numbers, in the Quotation. As this site has been identified as an RCMP site - Bidders are to ensure that any employee coming to site to provide service, holds the valid and appropriate security clearance. Upon award, the supplier is to provide a list of individuals who will be coming to the site and submit their RCMP clearance for FA1 or FA2. If the Respondent has current employees who are cleared to access facilities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Respondent may complete and submit with its Quotation the form titled "Employees Cleared at RCMP Buildings" - Attachment 6.
