Site work for a water / sewer project in Palos Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 01, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The award is pending next council meeting. The project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 8,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer rehabilitation including 7,200 linear feet of cured-in-place lining, 32 lateral liners, air testing and grouting of 5 mainline joints and 121 lateral joints, 1 point repair, rehabilitation of 37 manholes including cementitious lining, grouting, epoxy coating, frame and cover replacements and all related work as further described in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Questions regarding bid documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or plans shall be submitted in writing to the City Clerk at least ten (10) working days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretations of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the City to each person receiving a set of bid documents
