Reference Number 0000390398 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Jacksonville is seeking quotes for services to clean and remove grit and grease from two grit chambers located at the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility on an annual basis. Potential bidders may direct questions and requests for Site Visits to Brandon Davis, Wastewater Superintendent at (910)938-5322 or by email at bddavis@jacksonvillenc.gov. A site visit prior to bidding is highly recommended to understand the scope of the work to be performed. This agreement shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, if all parties agree. Prices quoted shall be guaranteed until June 30, 2026. Additional terms are identified as being from July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028 and from July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029. Requests for modifications to pricing shall be submitted to the City of Jacksonville by the Vendor on or before March 15 of each year to be considered for renewal. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of Bid Opening. The Jacksonville City Council reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal or proposals which appear to be in the Owner's best interest.
