The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks responses from qualified vendors to supply Polymer to the Military Point Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (AWT) located on Tyndall Air Force Base in Bay County, Florida. Only chemicals known as organic polymer, which are synthetic, high molecular weight, water soluble polyelectrolytes and manufactured specifically as flocculants for sludge conditioning will be used. Question Deadline : 07/21/2025 at 2:00 PM CT. Bids will only be accepted from manufacturers of the product who are capable of furnishing the materials specified. Interested polymer vendors should submit a letter of interest and provide a polymer data sheet, including MSDS, for the polymers they are considering for utilization as part of the bid submittal.
