The project consists of new asphaltic concrete pavement, sod, roadside shoulders, minimal sidewalks, roadside drainage systems and relocation of intersection of Highpoint Road and Cr 2321. The State of Florida, Department of Transportation ("FDOT") entered into a County Incentive Grant Program (CIGP) agreement with the County. The project is being funded by FDOT FPN 453528-1-54-01. Funding for the project has been made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDOT. The Vendor will perform those services in accordance with Exhibit 1 General Terms and Conditions, Exhibit 2 Pay Item Notes, Exhibit 3 Specifications Package, Exhibit4 Highpoint Road Realignment Construction Plans, and Exhibit 5 Titus Road & CR2321 Intersection Construction Plans. The Vendor hereby agrees to provide the following services to the County according to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 25-43 said documents being incorporated into this agreement as if fully set out herein, and the Vendor's response thereto, said documents being attached as Exhibit 6 to the extent they are not inconsistent with this Agreement
