The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority invites qualified contractors, association, and joint venture to provide a bid for the South Hall LED Lighting Project ("the Project"): The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting qualifications for this RFB for the South Hall LED Lighting project to identify qualified professionals to receive consideration of a contract to provide procurement and installation services. The purpose of this RFB is to determine the lowest bid from the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidder ("Contractor") for award of a contract to perform the Work necessary to replace the South Exhibit Hall lighting with new LED lights and upgrade the lighting control system in accordance with the project deadlines contained in the bid documents. An application to qualify to bid is included in the bid documents for the Project. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 questions should be emailed to admin@millerpmlv.com. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a non-designated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this Bid is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for Bid award. Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected.
