Site work and paving for a road / highway in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements consisting of approximately 26,086 SY of 6"-4000 psi concrete street pavement on approximately 27,459 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Dallas specifications to serve 100 lots on approximately 60 acres. The project is located North and East of the intersection of Bobtown Rd. and Barnes Bridge Rd. in City of Dallas ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
