The Commission is responsible for the development of affordable housing, implementation of financing to promote rehabilitation of existing housing stock and advising the Housing Authority with respect to housing matters for the City of San Diego (hereinafter referred to as the "City"). The work to be done under this Scope of Work shall include the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the provision of the painting services specified herein (the "Work"). The Work shall be performed in a professional manner under the direction, and to the satisfaction of, the Commission. 2.
