Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Phoenix Building Third Floor Affordable Housing Development - Construction Management Services. Proposals are invited for Construction Management Services including the procurement and construction related to the renovation of the Phoenix Building for 15 affordable apartments on the third floor of the Phoenix Building in Uptown Butte. The project is funded by a MT Dept. of Commerce Community Development Block Grant -Housing Program. Each respondent will be expected to comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of applicable State of Montana and The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow. No respondent may withdraw their proposal for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of proposals, except as noted.
