Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Butte, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The University of Montana - Montana Technological University (hereinafter referred to as "University" or "Montana Tech") is soliciting proposals to plug and abandon (P&A) the Butte Oil #1 well located in Glacier National Park (GNP) in northwestern Montana. The Butte Oil #1 well is located within the Kintla Lake backcountry campground in a designated wilderness area approximately 7 miles from the nearest road at the north end of Kintla Lake. A description of the site and well is provided in Section 2.5 of this Request For Proposal (RFP). A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought is provided in Section 3 of this RFP. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions related to this bid should be asked through the eMACS Q&A Board
