The City of El Campo seeks proposals from qualified firms to perform debris removal and disposal in the event of a major disaster event. The selected Contractor must provide required services in accordance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FWHA), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Texas Department of Health & Human Services (TxDHHS) and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Please read the entire solicitation package and submit the bid in accordance with the instructions. This document (less this invitation and the instructions) and any required response documents, attachments, and submissions will constitute the bid. Questions will be accepted until 06/25/2025, with an addendum posted no later than 06/26/2025. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
