Bids Received: JL CLASS- $124,292.25 304 CONSTRUCTION-$125,160.00 A-1 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES-$130,586.20 VACHA SERVICES-$174,770.00 MTL CONSTRUCTION- $192,464.15 AFFINITY BCS-$199,999.00 THE SCHNEIDER GROUP-$214,041.81 MB WESTERN- $286,220.00 ACCELL CONSTRUCTION-$302,722.50 Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. 5,200 square feet of steel reinforced concrete parking lot complete in place, 2. 8,200 square feet of steel reinforced concrete parking lot/driveway, complete in place, 3. 6' W. sidewalk north of City Hall, complete in place, 4. 6' W. sidewalk south of City Hall, complete in place, 5. Miscellaneous grading, complete in place. A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Industry or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Question Deadline 07/11/2025 Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the City or engineer no less than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than five (5) days prior to the bid opening. The City of Industry reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Industry for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
