Reference Number 0000296184 Ottawa Community Housing hereby extends the opportunity to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement (RFSO) for the purpose of providing flooring installation services, as described herein. The Agreement term will be for three (3) years (the "Term") with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions. During the initial Term, pricing shall be fixed. OCH reserves the right to reject any or all Offers, to terminate this Request for Standing Offer at any point in the process, and to accept any Offer or part thereof. OCH is not obliged to accept the lowest or any Offer. OCH is not obliged to award any contract as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
