The project includes a variety of civil infrastructure improvements including but not limited to the following: construction of a lift station, approximately 70 LF of 12-inch force main at the southeast corner of the development, approximately 6,260 LF of gravity sewer pipe to serve the property and properties on the west of N Amber Ridge Street and north of E. Patriot Avenue. Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of: Star Bond North Interceptor Sewer Project - Force Main The project is briefly described as follows: The project includes civil infrastructure improvements including but not limited to the following: approximately 9,659 LF of 12-inch force main and 867 LF of 8" gravity sewer pipe. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges.
