Structural Assessments & Utility Location for Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, Fort Drum, NY Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes is a vibrant, master-planned community located at Fort Drum, NY. Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes is a Centinel community formed through a partnership with the U.S. Army. THE WORK is defined in the attached "Scope of Work" document. LOCATION OF SERVICE: Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes premises located at Fort Drum, NY. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028 (projected) Question Deadline 07/01/2025 at 6:00 PM ET All requests for information and clarification shall be submitted through electronically. Requests shall be submitted no later than the posted Q&A deadline. Submit questions as early as possible. Submissions received on or near the solicitation due date may not be addressed prior to the bid deadline. Interpretation or correction of proposed Contract Documents will typically be made through electronically. FDMCH will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the proposed Contract Documents. Performance and payment bonds are not required for this request for proposal. This contract will require the contractor to provide proof of insurance prior to commencement of any work. The requirements are defined in the attached Sample Work Order Master Agreement (see Exhibit B, Insurance Requirements for Non-Enrolled Parties). A sample certificate is also provided with this RFP for reference. The Contract, if awarded, will be offered to the responsible bidder who has proposed the best value, subject to bidder qualification and FDMCH right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in the bidding. FDMCH reserves the right to award or reject any bid received at its sole discretion. Proposals are based on private sector bidding and is not considered government procurement.
