We are currently seeking NYS-certified MBE, WBE, or SDVOB subcontractors for the following trades and scopes of work: HVAC Electrical Plumbing Work Sprinkler Door & Windows Asbestos Abatement Metal Painting/Interior Millwork Plumbing Toilet Accessories Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 18% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Nine Months County(ies): All NYS counties Location: 31-40 Thompson Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101 All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted in writing via email to CUNY.Builds@CUNY.edu no later than June 30, 2025 by 11:59 P.M. and must include the name of the solicitation in quotes in the subject heading of the email.
