Site visit: July 1st, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than 7 calendar days after the site visit THIS PROJECT IS FOR ASPHALT FILLING, SEALING, RE-STRIPPING, AND REPAIR OF THE ALTESS PARKING LOTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCESS TO THE ALTESS ENDURING DATA CENTER FACILITY LOCATED ONSITE ON THE RADFORD ARMY ARSENAL, RADFORD, VA 24141 additional site visit note: Any individual coming onsite cannot have a criminal background and must be able to pass a background check. Visitors are required to check in at the visitor center for Radford Army Ammunition Plant prior to coming on-site. All personnel visiting RAAP must have US citizenship and provide a valid REAL ID for entrance onto the installation. PL ALTESS will need to submit a Visitor Access Request (VAR) for each individual coming on-site. Due to the VAR process lead time we require at least 48 hours advance notification inclusive of a) Company Name and Location, and b) Full Name (First, Last, Middle Initial), foreach individual coming on-site. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
