Reference Number 0000296131 DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - Project No. HAAHX31_83758 - Chimney Inspections and Cleaning for RHU's For the Canadian Forces Housing Agency, CFB Halifax, NS The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for a service contract for to encompass the inspection and chimney liner cleaning of stainless steel and masonry chimneys at various Residential Housing Units for the Canadian Forces Housing Agency, Shearwater, NS. The estimated value for the initial term of this opportunity is in the order of $155 500, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods at an estimated value of $179,950 per period. This contract will be in place from date of award to March 31, 2026. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Contract may be extended for one (1) additional one year period from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027 and then one (1) additional on year period from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, under the same terms and conditions. Defence Construction Canada may accept any tender, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all tenders.
