This Invitation for Bid (IFB) consists of removal of the existing left and right abutment concrete gutters (ditches), and construction of a new flexible articulated concrete block mattress along the existing ditch horizontal and vertical alignments at Patoka Lake Dam in South Dubois, Indiana.
